Yum! Your newsletter always gives me great ideas on things to cook! I definitely want to try the dry pot cauliflower, and Thai food is the next kind of cuisine I want to tackle. That cobbler looks amazing too. And I'm totally with you on Kirkland pesto! Plus it's cheaper and comes in bigger portions!

Let me know what you think! The cauliflower is seriously good, and the cobbler is so fast that I've literally made it on impulse mid-party before. Totally agree re Kirkland, too - we always keep at least 2 in our freezer!
